Professional staff

The Washington University urogynecology secretary and nurse coordinator work as a team with the physicians to provide patients with seamless care, including scheduling of appointments, diagnostic testing, procedures and follow-up visits.

Our professional staff, from left to right: Stephanie Adams, RN, BSN; Julie Hake, RN; and Heather Licavoli, Administrative Assistant and Fellowship Coordinator.

Our goal is patients first.

To accomplish this goal, our office and staff function as a small private specialty practice to retain that personal touch. Appointments are confirmed in person with each patient in addition to reminders sent by phone and mail. Post-surgery questions and prescription refills are handled by our nurse coordinator to expedite return calls.
